Once you have decided to join the Ring, we will list your
experience and various skills on our database, whenever we
receive a request from a demander that matches, we will contact
you with the details allowing you to contact them directly
to work out the finer details.
As a member of the South West Machinery Ring, it is entirely
flexible and you decide how much or how little you wish to
offer along with which areas you wish to cover . On receiving
a request for labour, we would obviously try to obtain the
services of a labourer located as closely as possible to
the demander, however, this is not always possible. It is
sometimes necessary for us to contact labourers for example
who are in Wigtownshire to fulfill a request located in Annan,
in this instance, should you wish to accept the request,
you would then work out with the demander your traveling
expenses.
With these advantages in mind, please be advised that here
at The South West Machinery Ring, we do not add a ‘commission
fee’ on to any requests made by our members, they
are dealt with speedily and effectively with only a 2%
administration charge.
